Mind-Set Technologies (MSTs) is a two-step process that can easily be learned and effectively applied. The first step in Mind-Set Technologies is known as the Mind-Set Evaluation (MSE), which is designed to help you honestly examine your current habits (good or bad) and your current ways of thinking and living (thus, your current mind-sets), and evaluate whether or not those habits and mind-sets are conducive to achieving your primary goals of success.
The second step in Mind-Set Technologies is known as the Mind-Set Adjustment (MSA), which entails developing constructive habits to replace your destructive ones and establishing more effective thought patterns for a happier, more fulfilling way of living.
According to one dictionary I read years ago, the definition of technology is “the study, development, and application of devices, machines, and techniques for manufacturing and productive processes” or “a method or methodology that applies technical knowledge or tools.”
From this definition of technology, some of the key words that you can use to apply these exercises to Mind-Set Technologies are study, develop, and apply. Study, develop, and apply methods and techniques to accomplish something of worth. Let’s take a closer look at each of these three key words and concepts.
Study. There is a great need to scrutinize and evaluate your current mind-sets and compare them to your primary goals. Conduct an MSE of where you are. Focus on the mind-sets that are in harmony with your primary goals so you can move forward toward success.
Develop. Exercise and train your mind to adjust to more positive things and ideals and discard the negative. Practice and develop good MSE and MSA skills to get yourself on the road to true success.
Apply. Apply the tools to develop a positive mental attitude and adjust your mind-sets to help you stay on the path that leads to true success.
